What steps do I need to convert up my DataEase 5.16 for DOS apps to a version that will run under Windows7?

Download: I am running 5.53 Dos on Windows 7, but it will only run on a 32 bit system, not 64 and now seem to be is wobbling everytime Microsoft do an automatic update.
